Haunting Heath House

October 30, 2019 (Lincolnton, NC) ─ Halloween brought out everyone’s creative spirit at Heath House, a DePaul Senior Living Community in Lincolnton, with a door decorating contest judged by Lincoln County’s very own Sheriff Bill Beam.

Haunted Heath House

Residents, their family members and staff collaborated for a contest, decorating residents’ and managers’ doors for Halloween. Pictured clockwise above are first-place winners Jeanette Kelly and Ernestine Windham whose door was decorated by Jeannette’s daughter-in-law Patsy Kelly; second-place winners were Doris Hawkins and Geraldine Cunningham, whose door was decorated by staff member Brittany Heaver; third-place winners were Brenda Parker and Cathy Day, pictured bottom left with Sheriff Bill Beam, whose door was decorated by administrative assistant Susan Comer.

Sheriff Bill Beam said choosing the winners was not an easy decision.

“Everyone was so creative,” he said.

Each winner received a ribbon. Big thanks to all the staff and family members who helped make the holiday extra special with their artistic touch!
