The bags were used as a fundraiser for the Parent Teacher Organization. The halls at Hickory Village Memory Care were decorated with pictures of railroad tracks leading residents and their families to the Jingle Café where the best hot chili and chicken noodle soup in the North Pole was served, along with apple and cherry pie. Santa Claus, played by staff member Lee Strausser, greeted guests, many of whom were dressed in brand new pajamas for the occasion.

“We had so much fun that we didn´t even miss the snow,” said Activities Director Jessica White.
