Residential Services Coordinator 3
DePaul provides a continuum of mental health residential services in licensed and non-licensed settings with varying degrees of independence and support.
Residential Services Coordinators 3 work directly with DePaul residents, teaching life skills to help them become as independent as possible.
Responsibilities include:

Direct Support and AdvocacyThis includes the development of individual service plans as well as providing direct support, advocacy and education to the residents. This position also performs and coordinates services and functions necessary to enhance residents’ autonomy, quality of life, and the recovery process. |

DocumentationThis includes daily documentation of services provided in progress notes. |
 |
Symptom and Crisis Management

Assisting with Daily LivingThis includes guiding and assisting residents with daily living skills such as room cleaning, cooking, socialization, medication management, and appointment and transportation scheduling. |
