One-bedroom apartment

The Brown Street Apartments at the Bullshead Commons Campus are located in the city of Rochester, New York.

Each one-bedroom apartment features:

  • a fully equipped kitchen with a range, refrigerator and a microwave
  • a washer and dryer
  • a wall-mounted flat screen TV including basic cable service

Heat, air conditioning, hot water and electric are included in the rent. There is also off-street parking. Tenants have access to two community rooms with computer access and a secured storage area for each tenant. The building is 100 percent smoke-free. There are designated smoking areas provided outdoors.

There are a total of 24 units centrally located to many local amenities that tenants may need such as grocery shopping, schools, places of worship, medical care, banks, libraries, government agencies and general shopping. There are two ADA units in the building.

The rent is $600.00 per month with all utilities included. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required at the lease signing and the applicant must meet the eligibility requirements of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Income and occupancy requirements apply.
