Resident Care Assistants provide direct personal care and assistance to residents. This position reports to the Supervisor-in-Charge.

Responsibilities include: 

	Assisting with Daily Living Resident Care Assistants assist with bathing, shaving, toileting, grooming, hygiene, etc.
	Assisting with Meals Assist residents in getting to the dining room, provide assistance with eating when needed, and log meal census information.
	Light Housekeeping This position assists with light housekeeping, daily bed making, linen changes and laundry.
