DePaul Senior Living Communities provide the comforts of home, a commitment to enhancing quality of life, and personal care services in a supportive environment that promotes independence.

Supervisors provide direct personal care and assistance to residents. This position reports to the Resident Care Director.

Responsibilities include: 

	Oversee Staff This includes staff scheduling and ensuring that all staff have completed required documentation and site-specific attestations during each shift.
	Medications and Supplies Supervisors track deliveries of medication and resident supplies, order medications, and updates/adds prescriptions to Medication Administration Record (MAR) or Electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR).
	Communication This position communicates with doctors, pharmacies and residents’ families. Supervisors also schedule appointments for residents, when needed.
