DePaul’s Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Single Site-Supportive Housing program provides long-term or permanent housing where residents can access the support services they require to live successfully in the community. Eligibility criteria for this program includes:

• Those who have a primary diagnosis of a substance use disorder (SUD)
• Those who are in a housing crisis without a permanent residence
