September 5, 2025 (Cheektowaga, NY) ─ Seniors at Glenwell have been treated to a full plate of fun celebrations, local flavors and history at the DePaul Senior Living Community in Cheektowaga.

Pictured top row, left to right, Betty Brazelton has a sweet time celebrating National Banana Split Day with mini versions of the classic treat; Sandra Yost dons her flowered lei for a Hawaiian-themed evening complete with hula dancing, pineapple upside-down cake and Aloha Punch, and Vincent O’Hare samples Beef on Weck with Miller’s horseradish during a Taste of Buffalo event featuring regional favorites.

Pictured bottom row, left to right, Thomas Pellegrino and Shirley Conrad get an up-close look at some 19^th century artifacts from The Buffalo History Museum and Ronald Kamholz joins the Glenwell men’s club in making a delicious lunch featuring meatball lasagna, tomato and cucumber salad, garlic bread and ice cream.
