Single-Site Supportive Housing

Single-Site Supportive Housing programs provide long-term or permanent housing where residents with a mental illness can access the support services they require to live successfully in the community. This level of care is offered in Albany, Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, Oneida, Ontario, Orleans, Schenectady, and Wyoming counties.

Supportive Housing offers a non-mental health program for those age 55 and over. This program is available at the Knitting Mill Apartments in Perry, New York and La Rosa Villas in LeRoy, New York, the Apple Blossom Apartments in Cheektowaga, New York and at the Boxcar Apartments in Albion, New York.
