Days of Summer (Southfork)

October 8, 2014 (Winston-Salem, NC) ─ Residents of Southfork, a DePaul Senior Living Community, enjoyed the summer weather with plenty of outings including a trip to the baseball stadium and to Pilot Mountain State Park.

Residents took a beautiful afternoon drive to North Carolina’s Pilot Mountain State Park. Rising to an elevation of 2,421 feet, this quartzite mountain which is part of the Sauratown Mountain Range is a national natural landmark. Southfork residents Dorothy Cole, Bernice Meyer and Delcie Purvis enjoy lunch during a daytrip to Pilot Mountain.
