Gone Fishing (Prestwick Village)

July 11, 2019 (Laurinburg, NC) ─ Male residents at Prestwick Village, a DePaul Senior Living Community in Laurinburg, set up their chairs, baited their hooks, cast their lines, and reeled in a relaxing Father’s Day spent fishing!

Prestwick Village Fishing, 7.11.19

Pictured above clockwise along with Activities Director Rebekah Chandler-Marquez are Prestwick Village residents Raymond Smith, James Dixon, Stacy Jones and Raymond Smith. The men enjoyed fishing in a stocked pond on private land owned by a resident. Large trees shaded the sidewalk along the pond where residents set up their chairs. While awaiting bites from fish, the men enjoyed a picnic lunch. The plan is to return for another outing, including the ladies!
